The hunger of pines and walks on the high lands is a never-ending affair for certain souls. God built the Parvati Valley in Himachal in order to foster the cravings of such hiking lovers and blessed us with green, difficult trails and mystic lanes waiting to be explored. In the past, many mountain lovers were enthralled by the lovely walks near Kasol. Late in the year, they became popular with young people and so they see a few trekkers every season.

The treks near Kasol will attract travelers from Malana, Chalal, Rasol, Buddhaban to the Cheerganga and the Sar Pass, comfort them with its majestic look and humble them. Treks through the Parvati Valley take you from a few hours to a few days on a roller coaster ride through the Himalayas. These treks are subsequently suitable for a seasoned mountain traveler.

1. Tosh – The Picture-Postcard Hippie Town

In Parvati Valley, Tosh is a sleepy village where nature prospers. From Barshaini, a beautiful village that is also a favorite trekking place in Kasol and Tosh, you can take the Kasol to Tosh trek approximately 22 km away. In the lap of the valley, Tosh’s stunning surroundings are ideally positioned by streams and lush wetlands.

2. A peaceful and tranquil hamlet of Chalal

Chalal is quite a peaceful destination, connected to a narrow cable bridge from Kasol. This picturesque village located in the mountainous vicinity of Kasol is one of the picturesque treks near Kasol, 7800 feet above sea level.

This place is also known for its finest products, guarded by tall pines and happening cafés. You’ll love this place, Potheads!

3. Rasol – A Quiet Flight From Kasol.

3-4 hours walk to Rasol, another lovely town in the heart of the Parvati valley. Chalal, which serves as the base for Rasol is 30 minutes from Kasol. Walk along a pine-fringed path through greenery and witness an unforgettable journey.

Steep as in nature, the path corresponds to the list of rigorous Himalayan treks. The Jamdagni Rishi Temple is an attraction that Rashol should not skip.

4. Tucked at 9000 Feet Malana – The Quaint Village

A hike up the challenging terrain leads to the mountains of Malana Village. Malana is a wonderful hike, an incredible place to explore with around 500 people and simple facilities in the village.

5. Buddhaban – Beyond Tosh’s Scenic Villages

Tosh is the hub of some of the most thrilling trekking journeys in Kasol. Buddhaban is situated on one side of the village Tosh to the north. The trail is almost simple and even, besides the 1km steep ascent near Kutla Village.

The highlights of this short trek from Tosh village in the vicinity of Kassel are the Apple orchard, the scenic Kuala Village, the Tosh River, and the beautiful Buddhaban Campsite.

6. Grahan – a village in the valley untouched

7700 feet away from New Delhi and Chandigarh, Grahan is a good weekend slip. Ten kilometers from Kasol, Gaughan is the campground and the tranquility of nature. The Parvati Valley has a scenic and friendly campsite, and a demanding trek makes way for the ultimate destination.

Compared to Kasol and Tosh, Grahan is a very quiet slip. Be confident that the mobile network would not intervene entirely. There is no ATM, neither are the highways! In this village renowned for its honey gatherer, you will find wonderful times in the lap of nature.

7. The North of Tosh, Kutla Glacier Together

Kutla Glacier is a convenient footpath 8 km north of Tosh, surrounded by stunning greenery. You cross the village and some stretches of forest to meet the Kutla Glacier, a glacier that is not a sight to see. It is the landscape that leads and takes away from the glacier all the tiredness.

Nothing much can be done there, so make sure you go with friends and have fun while walking. On the way to tea, Maggi, and chips, there are many stores.

8. Kalga – Nature Vistas For Eye Pleasing

Today many trekkers who like to visit picturesque locations, hiding gems, pay attention to the eye-pleasant views of Kalga. Since people do not visit it often, one can find time in loneliness and relaxation in the lap of nature.

Although it is a climb, it is not difficult to reach Kalga, since the route is clear from serious impediments. The three less well-known villages in Kalga, Pulga, and Tulga are the perfect places to relax. You will also reach the famous trek Kheerganga, but only a few people will opt for the route because of its less popularity.

9. Rudranag – Lovely Pit-Stop on Kheerganga road.

On the way to Kheeringanga is Rudranag Falls. The rocky trail runs along highly unequal trails, which render Rudranag one of the most difficult treks in the vicinity of Kasol. The Rudranag Falls are steep and sharp, making them Kasol’s most charming attraction.

A ride to Rudranag is also a combination of difficult trails and green panoramic views. You can begin the walking tour from Pulga, where Kheerganga Trek starts.

10. Kheerganga – Kasol’s most famous flight

One of the most intimidating treks in the Kheerganga Himalayan is thought to be the magic country where Lord Shiva has meditated for thousands of years. Two roads, Rurdanag and Kalga Pulga are the way to Kheerganga – the unbelievable Himalayan hideout at 9700 feet. The two routes are distracting from Barshaini.
